Sunday Morning Autumn Outfit

Ahhhhh. There's nothing like waking up on a Sunday off work and drinking coffee in your jammies. But when your day starts you might want to reconsider your bulky men's pajama pants and oversized t shirt. Autumn is upon us here in Michigan and as much as I love some good lounge wear, I'd rather not run errands fresh outta bed.

Rundown of a typical outfit that ensures comfort, casual cuteness, and a wallet that isn't completely violated by your love for fashion.

Head to Toe:

Denim jacket: target (I got mine second hand from the thrift store for $4)

Scarf: Target. Simple knit infinity scarf in maroon.

Sweater: Men's Sweater from Forever21 Men's. Perfect oversized sweater for light warmth and maximum comfort.

Leggings from target, obviously any will do.

Shoes are black ankle booties, also from target, with a back zipper that is lined with red fabric. (My shoe choice was based on the fact that I love wearing heels but I almost paired this outfit with brown riding boots, feel free to opt for a more comfortable shoe of your choice, or don't)

Jewelry!

Michael Kors Blair Watch in Rose Gold

Gold Midi ring (either from target or Wal Mart)

Hair was styled into a simple messy bun. I love this kind of outfit with a bun due to the scarf.
Makeup can go anyway. You can do a bold lip and eye, smoky eye & nude lip combo, or very light and natural looking makeup all around. Or do what I did and not wear any.

So there ya have it. A simple comfortable, casual, cute outfit that is simply put together with items you probably already own.

Bebe use BB?

Being a female who doesn't like the way most foundations look on my skin but wanting a nice creamy covered finish is a difficult scenario to resolve. More recently there is a big buzz around BB creams, so naturally I did some research on what bloggers and gurus recommend and made a purchase.
I got the Garnier Skin Renew Miracle Skin Perfector on Combination to Oily Skin.

We can start with the obvious.
It's SPF 20, so that's good. Who doesn't love makeup with skin care?
But I later realized that is product states its main purpose as a sunscreen. What??
It says in the directions to reapply at least every 2 hours!

I was excited to get something that had positive reviews and could end my battle of daily spot covering and naked face embarrassment.

I was disappointed. This product is an apparent sunscreen but it's a very thick consistency. It's basically foundation and I fully disliked it just as much as all of my foundation endeavors.

Now my poor review isn't by means me telling you to not get this. It could easily work for you and not me. I've only tried a handful of BB creams and though I wasn't pleased you may be.

Also. This product, like most BB creams have a very limited variety in colors available.
